How Hosting Works:

1. You Provide the Space: Host at your home, pool house, clubhouse, or rented venue.

2. We Bring the Studio: We supply all canvases, paints, brushes, aprons, and table covers.

3. Easy Step-by-Step Instruction: Sit back, relax, and enjoy guided painting with your guests!

    • Best for Birthdays, family events, Girls Nights or host-paid parties

    • One flat rate covering up to 30 guests.

    • Simplest flat-fee booking for private groups

    • You secure the space weather that be your own living room or a rented venue. If you plan to rent a space, please ensure that the venue allows creative events.

    • We handle the rest! Your fee includes 2 hours of step-by-step instruction and painting supplies for a custom project.

    • Best for casual get-togethers, clubs, or neighborhood groups.

    • Guests buy individual tickets via our custom events page.

    • You earn a commission for every ticket sold through your link!

Hosting 101: How It Works

  • Pricing generally starts around $29 per guest (with a 6-guest minimum for mobile private events).

    Because every event is unique, final pricing depends on your location/travel distance and your choice of painting project. Complex designs, specialized materials or custom artwork requests may adjust the per-person rate.

    Once you submit your event request with your location and vision, we’ll send over a formal, itemized quote for you to review before locking in your date!

  • Just the space (tables, chairs, and good lighting)! Whether it's your dining room, covered patio, or a clubhouse, you supply the venue and any food/drinks you'd like to serve.

  • Everything needed for painting! Tabletop easels, canvases, paints, brushes, aprons, water cups, paper towels, and full step-by-step instruction from start to finish.

  • Once we agree on a date and location, we generate a private booking page link. You share it with your group, and we manage all the payment processing and guest check-ins. As your guests buy tickets, we save a percentage to give back to you on the date of our event.

  • Absolutely! I like to work closely with the hosts to select the perfect project! We will arrange a call or meeting to discuss your ideas, and I will create a sample for you to share with your guests.

  • Private parties require a minimum of 6 guests. For maximum capacity, we try not to accommodate more than 35 so that everyone gets the instruction and assistance they need.

  • We understand plans change! Dates can be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice. For Host & Earn ticketed events, individual ticket refunds or credits are available up to a week before the event start time. If you choose to cancel your event a refund is not guaranteed. I begin buying supplies for your event right after booking. A partial refund may be provided depending on circumstances.

  • We do all that we can to keep the mess to a minimum! We bring protective table covers to shield your furniture. While we use student-grade acrylic paint that washes off skin easily, acrylic can stain fabrics and clothing once dry, so aprons are provided for all painters! We do not recommend painting on carpeted floors as there are several variables outside of our control and accidents do happen.
